Our new Social Rooms at the Officer Recreation Reserve are now complete. We are at a critical point where we need additional funds to cover the purchase of some final fixtures & fittings and meet some unexpected & unwelcome costs.We are calling out to our Sporting Club members, families, local businesses and the Community to help out where they can.You can donate ANY AMOUNT and it is 100% tax deductable! Our target is $150,000. We are on the way there but we have a deadline to meet.

The Officer Sports Club welcomes donations of any and all sizes for this project. Donate $5, $10, $25, $50 - anything!!!
For donations of $2 through to $249: we are very grateful for your contribution and for these contributions we will place and rotate your name on our digital screen inside the new rooms. For donations of $250 and above: You can be part of the Signature Brick and Foundation Member programs outlined below. Check them out.

Your Contribution is Tax Deductable

The Australian Sports Foundation has been helping athletes, sporting clubs and organisations fundraise for more than 30 years. The Australian Sports Foundation is the only organisation in Australia to have Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status for sport. This means any donation of $2 or more is tax-deductible. The Officer Sports Club has joined forces with the ASF to assist us therefore the contributions made to our New Social Rooms are tax deductable. SIGNATURE BRICK PROGRAM

In September 2019 a number of bricks were acquired from the Hicks Kiln Site by the Officer Sports Club and have been stored off site for future use around the Recreation Reserve for paths, garden beds, feature walls to preserve some of our rich local history.
To help the Officer Sports Club fund raise for these items we need to complete the build, you can purchase a Brick that has come from the Kiln Site, we will inscribe your name on it then deploy it outside the new Social Rooms on and around new pathways and landscaping.

Signature Brick Pricing

Signature Brick Standard - Single Signature Brick with your chosen name (personal, family, business or other) deployed outside the new social rooms. Price: $250. Signature Brick Premium - Single Signature Brick with your chosen name (personal, family, business or other) deployed outside the new social rooms; - Signature Brick to be positioned in a premium location; - A Kiln brick as a personal momento. Price: $500.

FOUNDATION MEMBERSHIP

The Officer Sports Club is introducing a Foundation Membership that will recognise each financial contributor to the new facility for perpetuity both inside and external to it. Our Foundation Members will also enjoy a number of very special and ongoing unique benefits.

Foundation Membership Pricing

Standard - Your chosen name (can be individual, a collective, family or business name) will be listed on the Foundation Members Honor Board as a financial contributor to the new facility for perpetuity - Invitation to the opening of the new facility- Includes a Signature Brick (Premium level) - A Kiln brick as a personal momento - Certificate of Appreciation - Officer Sports Club Associate Membership (Two Years) - Invitation to the Annual Foundation Members Event. Price: $1,500. Gold All the features of the Standard Foundation Membership (as listed above), plus - Officer Sports Club Associate Membership (for an additional three years, so five Years in total) - No booking fee should you wish to hold an event or function for your family or business at the facility - Special Gold Foundation Members Only ticket pricing and access to dedicated Officer Sports Club functions and events. Price: $2,500. Customised You tell us what and how you would like to contribute to our new facility and we will customise a package for you. You can select a particular fixture or fitting that needs to be purchased and help us purchase that (see the list above). Price: [Custom] Above $2,500.
